SEAT CUSHIONS for life

For those who are immobilised or wheelchair-bound, comfort and good pressure relief are important for well-being. SYST'AM seat cushions are designed to be an invisible helper in everyday life where the user does not think about their seat cushion but only experiences support and comfort. Helping patients enjoy a high quality of life and a comfortable life is our goal.

SYST'AM PolyAir.
Air-based with a focus on user-friendliness.

With PolyAir®, there is no need to perform a hand check. Instead, the pressure is easily monitored and adjusted with the electronic manometer, which has a clear display to reduce the risk of unwanted high or low pressure. The air pressure can be adjusted with the user on the seat cushion.

PolyAir® is available in two variants: one where the air cells are divided into two groups for differentiated pressure relief and a second where all air cells are connected for uniform pressure relief. The seat cushion can be supplied in two different heights, 60 mm and 100 mm.

SYST'AM VISCOFLEX.+
Anatomical seat cushion with anatomical insert

Viscoflex® + is a moulded seat cushion in HR foam and viscoelastic foam. The cushion is specially designed to relieve the sit bones with anatomical cavity at the sacrum to enable effective pressure relief. By allowing the user to sink down and be enveloped by the foam of the seat cushion, the pressure-relieving effect is further enhanced. This is particularly important when sitting for long periods.

For a seat cushion to provide good pressure relief without the risk of the patient bottoming out, we believe it should have 8-10 cm thick foam. Viscoflex®+ has an 8 cm homogeneous foam cushion without a levelling plate.
