Melissa Parad is a replacement mattress that is placed directly onto a bed base. It has been developed as an aid for relieving, preventing and treating pressure ulcers up to and including Category 3. Available with RXI-5, RXH-5 and RX-5 covers.
The Parad has a height of 14 cm and is composed of two foam layers. The upper layer is made of 6 cm Hypersoft foam (45 kg/m3) and the lower layer is made of 8 cm highly elastic foam (50 kg/m3).

Melissa 12 is a replacement mattress that is placed directly onto a bed base. Melissa 12 has been developed as an aid for relieving, preventing and treating pressure ulcers up to and including Category 2. Available with RXI-5, RXH-5 and RX-5 covers.
The mattress has a height of 12 cm and is made of highly elastic cold foam (50 kg/m3).

Melissa Basic is a replacement mattress that is placed directly onto a bed base. Melissa Basic has been developed as an aid to relieve and prevent pressure ulcers up to and including Category 1. Available with RXI-5, RXH-5 and RX-5 covers.
Melissa Basic is a good and stable standard mattress with pressure-relieving properties and range of covers. The mattress is made of 12 cm highly elastic cold foam (35 kg/m3). The mattress core is reversible and rotatable, which can extend the service life of the mattress.

Melissa Basic foam configuration
12 cm highly elastic cold foam
Rigid, preventive and pressure-relieving mattress suitable for patients up to 250 kg. The 18 cm thick mattress consists of a top layer of viscoelastic flex foam (50 kg/m3) that adapts to the contours of the body and a 12 cm high resilience cold foam (50 kg/m3) at the bottom.
Melissa Heavy is a replacement mattress that is placed directly onto a bed base. The mattress has been developed as an aid for relieving, preventing and treating pressure ulcers up to and including Category 3. Available with RXI-5, RXH-5 and RX-5 covers.

Melissa Flex is a replacement mattress that is placed directly onto a bed base. The mattress has been developed as an aid for relieving, preventing and treating pressure ulcers up to and including Category 2. Available with RXI-5, RXH-5 and RX-5 covers.
Melissa Flex has a height of 14 cm and consists of two foam core layers that are placed inside a removable hygiene cover. The upper layer has pressure-relieving properties and is made of 6 cm viscoelastic foam (50 kg/m3). The lower layer is made of 8 cm highly elastic cold foam (50 kg/m3) which prevents the patient from “bottoming out”.
